St. Vincent’s Chapel

St. Vincent's-in-the-Vineyard

Chapel

on the grounds of Chaumette Vineyards & Winery

Nestled in the trees hillside, our all-faiths chapel, St. Vincent’s-in-the-Vineyard can accommodate 80 guests on the main level and 20 on the inner balcony. Our Chapel is a beautiful setting for weddings as well as religious services of all faiths. The Chapel entrance offers breathtaking views, and a lower level private sitting room is available.

Saint Vincent’s-in-the-Vineyard originally stood on the grounds of the Thompson Retreat Center in Creve Coeur and was then known as Saint David’s Chapel. It was due to be demolished when the center was sold, and winery owners Hank and Jackie Johnson were able to have the building dismantled and rebuilt on the Chaumette property in 2002. In October 2003, it was re-consecrated as Saint Vincent’s-in-the-Vineyard by The Rt. Reverend Wayne Smith, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Missouri.

Saint Vincent’s-in-the-Vineyard is an all-faiths chapel celebrating Sunday services in the Episcopal tradition. Services begin at 11:15am every Sunday and a hospitality hour follows at Chaumette’s Grapevine Grill Restaurant. Services are accompanied by music director and organist Mary Alberici, PhD.
